Making a purchase
All prices are in GB pounds and we accept payment through Sage pay. All Major credit cards accepted.
Price Match
If you have seen any product cheaper and in stock on any UK website please contact us via e-mail: [email protected] with details of the item and price and where you have seen it. Provided its economically viable we’ll try to match or beat the TOTAL PRICE. We will check all details and email you back (please note this does not include similar items on ebay).
Returns
If your item doesn’t fit once you receive it you may return it provided the items are unused/unworn and in new condition. Products must be returned in the original packaging with all the original tags as new. Damaged skate boxes will not be accepted. Please contact us via email before returning your goods. You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. You have up to 30 days from the day of purchase to return any goods for exchange or refund. On receipt of the returned item it will be inspected before an exchange or refund is given.
All items are guaranteed under the manufacturers limited warranty. Warranty covers defective material or defective workmanship.
Should you item become faulty after the 30 day period we have the right to reserve to have the item repaired or replaced at our or the manufacturers discretion.
Please note due to the nature of ice/inline hockey, hockey sticks, shafts, blades do not carry any guarantee against breakage. Sticks can last minutes, weeks or months. An unbreakable stick, shaft or blade would not be allowed within the rules of the sports.
Skates, wheels, bearings and aggressive frames are wear and tear items and are as such not guaranteed.
When returning items back to us please use recorded delivery or a courier service. Items that may get lost in the post are not our responsibility.
VAT
All prices advertised on our website are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate.

Shipping Info
Smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post or Recorded Delivery. Larger Items will be sent by our courier UK Mail.
A signature is required upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your delivery the couriers will take it back to the depot for it to be dispatched again or collected by you. Please not parcels cannot be left in garages, porches or wheelie bins.
All deliveries are charged at £5.50. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, North Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight please note an extra £20- will be charged.
